Himalayan and Mt. Everest beers coming soon to all five Biryani Grill locations in Northern Virginia

Firebird Breweries’ Himalayan Pilsner and Mt. Everest Golden Lager will soon pour alongside dum biryani and tandoor favorites in Aldie (Stone Ridge), Ashburn, Chantilly, Herndon and Leesburg.

CHANTILLY, Va., October 2, 2026 — Firebird Breweries, the Chantilly, Virginia company behind Himalayan Pilsner and Mt. Everest Golden Lager, today announced that both beers are coming soon to all five Biryani Grill locations in Northern Virginia. Biryani Grill is known for Hyderabadi dum-style biryani, a 900°F tandoor and curries cooked fresh every day in the Deccan tradition.

What to order

Biryani and cold beer belong together. Mt. Everest Golden Lager (4.0% ABV) brings smooth, toasted-grain malt to layered, saffron-scented Chicken Dum Biryani and rich Mutton Biryani. Himalayan Pilsner (4.5% ABV) is crisp and dry, made for tandoor char: try it with Hariyali Chicken, Fish Tikka or Paneer Tikka. More dish-by-dish pairings are in the pairing guide.
