Himalayan Pilsner

Our signature bold ale. A textured blend of roasted grains and subtle mountain smoke, culminating in a robust, memorable finish.

Mt. Everest Golden Lager

Earthy and intense. A full-bodied brew with notes of toasted grain and mountain honey, reflecting the strength of the Himalayas.

Maharaja (Future Date)

Rich and complex. Crafted with dark roasted malts and a hint of Himalayan spice, offering a smooth finish for the sophisticated palate.

What is Phoenix?

We are an artisanal brewery dedicated to preserving ethnic Indian and Nepalese brewing traditions, crafting premium beers that celebrate the purity of high-altitude ingredients. Phoenix Commodities Group is brand owner of Himalayan and Mt. Everest Beer.

How is the beer crafted?

We use glacial water and ethnic grains harvested from mountain slopes. Each batch is fermented slowly at high altitude to develop its unique and refined profile.

Are there global shipping options?

We currently ship to select international markets. We will post in the future our locations where you can purchase our brands.
